You can compete against other riders, unlock new maps, earn achievements and rewards, all while working out hard and building up a sweat. When you want take a little break from the regular outdoor courses or in-studio classes, you can choose from a variety of interactive games that are both fun and motivational. There's HIIT Training, calorie goal, fat burn and more. ![]() You'll find that some are more challenging than others, but there is plenty to choose from in case you find anything to difficult. Most classes are around 30 minutes, but some last up to an hour or more. NordicTrack also has a version of this called iFit for their Studio Cycle lineup. The program is called Studio Sweat On Demand, and there are new classes every week that you can join along with thousands of other riders. This is similar to what you get with a Peloton bike, with in studio sessions featuring trainer Cat Kom and her team. Plus depending on what location you choose, the bike will automatically adjust itself to match the terrain, which is a very cool feature. Most riders agree that it's just like riding a real bike, with actual steering and shifting. Some are quite easy, others are extremely challenging, but there is something for every fitness level. With road workouts, you have 40 different high-definition locations that you can virtually ride through. They currently offer an upright bike and a recumbent bike, and each offers three different ways to train. ![]() The Expresso bikes are quite expensive, but the level of quality as well as the customer service that comes with it are unmatched. ![]() Expresso is a division of Interactive Fitness, a Santa Clara, California based company that also makes the recumbent CyberCycle for older adults. ![]()
